You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How long will it take my order to ship?
We're taking extra care of your package and our team. Most orders arrive 3-8 days from the time you place your order. However, in some cases, online orders and customer service responses may take longer than usual. We will keep you updated via email on your order status.
What are you doing to keep my package safe?
Here are a few things we’re doing to take care of our team in the distribution center and your order: We have frequent deep cleaning and sanitation of work stations before and after shifts. We’re regularly disinfecting common areas. Our on-site nurses perform daily temperature checks on employees to make sure everyone is healthy. We’re constantly monitoring and adhering to protocols recommended by the WHO and the CDC.

{"text":"I'm not generally an \"early adopter\" when it comes to things like cables, but this looked good in the pictures and had an attractive price, so I took a chance. The first thing you'll notice is that it's not just the phone plugs that are oversized: The cable itself is bigger than most. See the picture for a comparison to my Kirlin premium cable. Next thing I did was unscrew the ends to check out the connection and make sure it was properly shrink wrapped for protection from stress. It is. Then the all-important ears-test.Using high end headphones and a studio setup, I ran single-coil and humbucker guitars through a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface. While there are still some companies making cheap 20-footers that suck tone, this isn't one of them. There is no discernable difference between this and my 10-foot studio grade cables. The other thing I was concerned about was the uh, \"robust\" size of the plugs. No problem for most of my instruments, but would it fit in the stupid plug-tunnel on a Strat? Yes it will.So it checks off all the boxes for now. I'll revisit this review after the cable has made it through a bunch of gigs, jams and sessions, and report on its durability.","tooltip":"I'm not generally an \"early adopter\" when it comes to things like cables, but this looked good in the pictures and had an attractive price, so I took a chance.
